It’s from the heart of Le Marche region that EMM Sustainable welcomes ByCore, a new recycled material. It derives from oliveyards, more specifically from olives, a virtuous fruit of the environment and the land which hosts EMM headquarters.
Since olives trees can absorb up to six times the emitted CO2 and the olive stone is its final fixative, EMM Sustainable uses the pulverized olive cores through a delicate and complex recycling process to create a brand new fabric that minimizes the environmental impact and the waste almost close to zero.
The olive cores used finds new life in fabrics and leathers suitable for sneakers, clothing and consumer goods, ensuring traceability of the materials used, a very important aspect for the company in terms of safety and reliability.

Dato che le piante di Olivo possono assorbire fino a sei volte la quota di Anidride carbonica emessa e il nocciolo dell’olivo è il fissante ultimo di CO2,
EMM Sustainable utilizza il nocciolo polverizzato attraverso un delicato e complesso processo di riciclo per creare un tessuto di nuova produzione che riduce ai minimi termini l’impatto ambientale e i materiali di scarto, quasi vicino al punto zero.
Il nocciolo così impiegato trova nuova vita nei tessuti e nelle pelli adatte per sneakers, abbigliamento e materiali merceologici di consumo, garantendo una tracciabilità dei materiali utilizzati, aspetto molto importante per l’Azienda nella sicurezza e affidabilità.
